Abstract

What can sometimes be forgotten is that the features and functionality of content management systems (CMS) count for little if content managers do not find the system usable. This presentation will explore the importance of configuring the CMS to suit content, its users and uses. It will also provide insight into common implementation problems and tailoring a CMS to provide the right features for users.
